A global investment bank needed a way for non-technical users to effectively retrieve information from graph databases.
In order to save time and streamline workflow, they wanted to be able to query the database with natural language questions for non-technical users.
The Lymba Solution
Acquire answers with natural language without the use of SPARQL nor other complicated query languages. Instead we used NL2Query™ to query the database for information in simple english.
Input
We converted natural language questions into SPARQL queries using ontology driven NLP and query semantics extractions.
Outcome
NLP queries were able to retrieve relevant information from RDF triple stores populated with structured data.
