Jaguar Ontology Tool
Lymba's Jaguar ontology tool is a knowledge acquisition system that automatically constructs an industry or customer specific knowledge base from a set of documents (i.e. product manuals) and extracts domain specific concepts from these documents in order to classify them into an ontology. The resulting ontology is composed of relations between the discovered concepts in the document collection that include all semantic relations available in the Polaris Semantic Parser. For this reason Jaguar is an effective tool for increasing the understanding of a closed set of documents for the purpose of natural language search technologies, such as PowerAnswer. For ease of integration, Jaguar's output is available in XML, OWL, and MySQL.
